Ashlea has been in childcare since 2008 and is currently nursery manager at one of Toad Hall Group’s 11 nurseries.

Sarah has been in childcare for 18 years and now leads a team of 11 nursery managers at The Old Station Nursery, mostly based in the west midlands.

Leah started her career 12 years ago with Bright Horizons, working in client nurseries and rising through the ranks to become manager before joining Kids Inc.
