Ruth Glover is CEO of Springboard Opportunity Group, a specialist early years SEND charity in North Somerset. With a career spanning early years teaching, headship and local authority leadership, Ruth brings extensive experience of SEND policy, inclusion and specialist provision.

She leads the South West Regional Early Years SEND Forum and is actively involved in national discussions about SEND reform and its implications for early years settings. Ruth is particularly interested in how reforms can strengthen early identification, access to specialist expertise and meaningful inclusion, while recognising the practical challenges facing nurseries and early years providers.
