With over 13 years of experience in the early years sector, Roop is passionate about quality, curriculum and supporting teams to continually develop their practice. As Curriculum, Quality & Standards Lead, she works across both franchised and Nursery Group settings, leading on curriculum development, quality frameworks, standards and continuous improvement.

Roop works closely with quality and operational teams to develop practical guidance, resources and approaches that support consistency across settings. Her role also includes leading the internal audit framework, quality improvement projects, and curriculum and quality training, using insight from across the network to identify opportunities for development.

She particularly enjoys working collaboratively with nursery leaders and quality teams, sharing best practice and helping to turn ideas, expectations and guidance into meaningful practice for children and practitioners.
