Panash Shah is Director of STEMtacular Childcare, a growing group of nurseries supporting families working in the high-tech sector between Cambridge and Oxford. STEMtacular combines high-quality early years care with science, technology, engineering and mathematics explored through play, nurturing children’s curiosity, confidence and lifelong skills. Passionate about early years education, he champions an approach that nurtures young children’s curiosity, creativity and confidence through STEM and learning through play. A former Deloitte consultant with an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, Panash brings practical experience in building distinctive nursery brands, communicating their ethos to parents and developing partnerships with employers to support growth.
