Natalie Bishop is the CEO of Little Years Nurseries, an Ofsted Inspector, and a SEND and Quality Consultant with extensive experience across the early years sector. She is passionate about supporting settings to develop inclusive practice that enables every child to thrive.

As the founder of Little Years, Natalie has led the development of an approach where inclusion is embedded throughout the curriculum, environment and daily practice rather than viewed as a separate initiative. In autumn 2026, Little Years will further expand this commitment with the opening of a specialist SEND provision, designed to provide targeted, high-quality support for children with additional needs while working closely with families and professionals.

Natalie regularly works with nurseries and organisations on SEND, quality improvement and leadership, combining practical strategies with a strong understanding of the realities faced by early years providers.
