With over 20 years’ experience working in the Early Years team at Findel, Michelle brings enthusiasm in abundance to her role as Strategic Business Development Manager. Responsible for growth, development and industry expert relationships, she works closely with nursery groups, early years practitioners and the Findel teams to share knowledge, seek new opportunities and upskill staff.
