Marc Frost is the Operational Lead at Tinies, one of the UK’s most trusted early education and childcare recruitment networks. In his role, Marc leads the company’s operational strategy across its nationwide branch network, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance in every aspect of service delivery. He also serves as Tinies’ National Designated Safeguarding Lead, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to the highest standards in safeguarding, child protection and governance.

With more than 15 years’ experience in early years education, consultancy and project management, Marc combines practical classroom expertise with a deep understanding of system improvement and policy implementation. He has worked extensively with schools, local authorities and early years providers to strengthen practice, leadership and outcomes for children – particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
