Mandy Guttadauro has spent over 20 years in early years and has been part of Bright Little Stars since its very first nursery, supporting its growth over the past 13 years. As Operations Director, she works across multiple settings with a team of around 300 staff, alongside senior leaders in education, HR, training, recruitment, marketing, and project management. Her role focuses on aligning people, performance, and culture to support sustainable growth, and includes overall responsibility for compliance, child protection, and safeguarding across the group.

She has supported expansion and the opening of new nurseries, building strong leadership teams and consistent operational frameworks; with a strong track record of achieving Outstanding outcomes. Her Ofsted training has given her a clear understanding of what underpins high-quality practice. Mandy also created the Bright Little Stars Academies as part of her workforce upskilling strategy, using accredited tailored development pathways to support progression, strengthen middle leadership, and contribute to long-term business success.
