Lucy Kaczmarska is the Chief Operating Officer at Kids Planet, a nursery group founded in 2008 by her sister and CEO, Clare Roberts. With a background as a Primary School Teacher, Lucy joined the family-founded business in 2013 when it comprised just seven settings. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in its remarkable expansion. Today, Kids Planet operates over 240 nurseries across England and Wales, with its Head Office based in Lymm. The group provides exceptional early years care and education to more than 35,000 children, offering unique and inspiring environments tailored to every child’s development.
