Ella Halliday is the owner of Childcare HR, a HR consultancy specialising in Early Years businesses across the UK. Ella has 15 years of Senior HR experience supporting a range of sectors, including public and private sector and has spent a significant time supporting business owners and senior managers in managing complex employee relations and change within Early Years and Education. Childcare HR offers day nurseries, preschools and holiday clubs support with the full range of HR services, from day to day employee matters, through to managing strategic growth and culture change.
