Dane Hardie is an executive leader with almost 25 years’ experience in early years, leading commercial and operational performance across multi-site nursery groups. He specialises in funding, pricing, occupancy and margin, helping providers turn policy and financial pressure into clear decisions, disciplined delivery and sustainable growth. Dane recently served as Interim Executive Commercial Director at Family First Day Nurseries. He is also Co-owner and Managing Director of Ofsted Outstanding Claygate Montessori School, and a Board Member at Skylarks, a children’s SEND charity, where he chairs Finance, Governance and Safeguarding.
