Chris is an Associate in the Employment and Immigration team at RWK Goodman, specialising in employment law and advising businesses across the early years sector. He provides practical, commercially focused advice on a wide range of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing, contracts and HR policies. He works closely with nursery providers, helping them navigate complex employment challenges and manage workplace risks.
