Catherine joined the team at Kido seven and a half years ago when they had one nursery in London.  Since then, the group has grown to 19 Good and Outstanding rated nurseries.

Catherine is passionate about providing the highest quality early years education and care possible whilst marrying consideration for, and commitment to, doing right by its people.

Kido have over 500 colleagues that work in their nurseries, including a cohort of nearly 120 apprentices.  Kido are incredibly proud of their approach to putting people and development first and have been recognised as one of the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers in 2024 and 2025.
