Ann Stubbs
Ann has 39 years’ experience of working in the Early Childhood sector, in various capacities including private and voluntary sectors, social care and local authority quality improvement.
Having a BA Honours in Social Policy and Early Childhood, and a deep understanding of pedagogy and how young children learn, has enabled her to further develop her role within Bright Horizons around quality improvement and research practices.
As curriculum lead for the UK, Ann has developed a bespoke curriculum for Bright Horizons and works to continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning for all children, regardless of ability, gender and socio-cultural background. She also leads on the Early Childhood strategy for sustainability and creating future advocates for our planet.
