Dr Andy Hogg is a SEND Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Shaping Lives. Andy brings over 30 years of experience in education, inclusion, and specialist SEND support across the UK and internationally, working with children from 3-19 years.

Andy supports the development of apprentices and professionals, working alongside children in early years and school settings. He champions practical, compassionate approaches to supporting children with SEND, helping practitioners build confidence in recognising needs, adapting provision, and working effectively with families.

As moderator of the conference's panel discussions, he will encourage thoughtful debate and perspectives, keeping children's participation, wellbeing, and opportunities firmly at the heart of the conversation.
