Organised in partnership with The Early Years Company and Swift Childcare, the event took place on November 8th at The View in the Royal College of Surgeons, London.

This conference was designed as a space to support and empower early years leaders.  It offered valuable insights, fostered meaningful connections, and equipped attendees with the tools needed to excel in their leadership roles. Child Paths was honoured to be part of this initiative, which served to inspire and elevate leadership in the early years sector.
