During this free CPD session, you will find out what ‘Barack Obama’ effect is and learn how to harness it. In addition to all of this, you’ll be taught speech and body language tricks that make you appear more confident – even when you don’t feel it!

Who is leading the session?

Sue Kamal is a commercially focused chief people officer and board director with deep experience in change and transformation. Her career spans large complex organisations such as Reuters, Lloyds Bank and Aviva, as well as smaller owner managed companies.

She has been a trusted HR partner to business leaders across Europe, Asia and North America specialising in leadership development, organisation development, talent and performance management. She is also an advanced executive coach, with extensive experience of coaching people at all stages of their careers.
