Nursery Managers Show: Spotlight on Operational Excellence
Find out what you can expect from operational excellence sessions at Nursery Managers Show, 27-28 June at NEC Birmingham.
Operational excellence is all about ensuring best practice and continuous improvement in the way you run your nursery/nurseries.
The agenda for Nursery Managers Show at NEC Birmingham has two whole streams dedicated to Operational Excellence. Here's a guide to what's happening in each stream, so you can start planning your time at the show.
Operational Excellence 1
In this stream, you'll get some top tips from an early years specialist to help you prepare for your next Ofsted inspection.
There are also expert-led sessions on delivering quality SEND provision and building positive relationships with parents – plus you can hear from Bright Horizons about how they developed their wellbeing curriculum.
More sessions in Operational Excellence 1 will focus on confident leadership, reflective growth and the role of the PANCo (Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator) in early years settings.
Operational Excellence 2
This stream includes sessions to help you better understand qualification requirements and pathways into the early years sector, and to ensure your setting is inclusive – as well as a session all about apprenticeships.
Also in Operational Excellence 2, we have a panel discussion on supporting babies in your setting, where you'll get expert advice to make sure you're prepared for these younger children.
Other sessions in this stream will cover supervision, keeping children safe, developing an environmental curriculum and more.
Also at Nursery Managers Show...
Along with these operational excellence sessions, we've got 20+ accredited CPD sessions.
